The goal of our Volunteer Time-Off (VTO) program is to create and support community engagement opportunities for employees that are meaningful, purposeful, and help those in need. All Exact Sciences employees can receive up to 16 hours paid time off per calendar year to volunteer with an organization that supports the well-being of the community.

Volunteering strengthens the communities where we live and work while also providing an experience that enriches and inspires the lives of our employees. From picking up trash in the Yahara River to packing snacks for food-insecure students, Exact Sciences employees use VTO to connect with their community and to support causes they are passionate about. Through individual and team volunteer opportunities, Exact Sciences employees volunteered a total of 5,170 hours in 2019.
