Our Provider Hub is the most efficient way to submit your order. Once you have logged in or created your account, select a one-time Oncodetect MRD test order or a recurring order at your desired cadence. You may also request that Exact Sciences manage blood draws on your behalf.
If you would like to include comprehensive genomic profiling from the same blood and tumor samples, select both the Oncodetect MRD and OncoExTra® tests when placing your order.

Submit samples
Submit samples

Exact Sciences will work directly with the ordering physician and pathology lab to obtain blood and tissue samples (both samples must be received to begin testing).
Please ship samples back to us in the supplied Oncodetect MRD test specimen kits, according to our specimen requirements and shipping guidelines.
Step 4
Access results
Access results

You can access your patients' results on our Provider Hub or receive the report by fax. Most Oncodetect MRD test reports are available within four weeks
